Palex has 11 warehouses across Turkey. Pallet stocking, repair and order preparation services are provided in these warehouses.
The pallets requested by customers are loaded from warehouses or other chain warehouses according to the agreement and shipped to the point requested by the customer. In this process, the customer service unit works actively to manage customer relations and needs, and the operations unit works actively to manage transportation operations. Customers load their products onto pallets and ship the pallets to chain market warehouses or dealers.
The pallet picking process starts with the customer's dispatch notification. After this notification, Palex field managers and the picking team in the office contact chain warehouses and dealers and carry out pallet collection.
After the pallets return to the warehouses, they are repaired and offered to the supply chain for reuse. Scrap pallets are recycled back into the system by using them as spare parts and no pallet waste is generated.

Pallet Tracking System
Pallet Tracking System (PTS) is a software that enables PALEX customers to track all pallet-related operations and costs through a single web-based system. With PTS, PALEX customers can track their shipping and picking orders between the dates they want, see their quantities and prices, analyze and review their performance. In addition, users can reconcile the month-end reconciliation on scanned approved delivery notes.
