Netlog is positioned as a strategic Distribution Centre (DC) supporting Haribo’s operations in Turkey. Within this scope, Netlog manages Haribo’s warehousing, inventory control, goods acceptance, handling, palletizing and value-added service (VAS) processes end to end.

Haribo products are stored in Netlog’s modern facilities that operate under high hygiene and safety standards. During the goods acceptance stage, products undergo quality control procedures while inventory management is carried out through Netlog’s advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated with Haribo’s internal systems. This integration enables real-time monitoring of all product movements and ensures full operational transparency.

As part of its value-added services (VAS), Netlog performs handling, palletizing, regrouping, labeling and promotional preparation processes in line with Haribo’s requirements. Co-pack operations are conducted in dedicated areas designed to preserve product integrity and comply with Haribo’s brand standards, with every step supported by strict quality control procedures.

Netlog also plays an active role in Haribo’s export operations from Turkey. Export products are prepared within the same facility where documentation and palletizing processes are completed to ensure shipments are ready for dispatch in accordance with Haribo’s planning.

Through this integrated operational structure, Haribo efficiently manages both its domestic and export activities from a single distribution hub in Turkey, achieving high standards of efficiency, quality assurance and process consistency.

Netlog Approach

Solutions Implemented

1

Goods Acceptance and Quality Control

Products arriving from Haribo’s production facilities are received in Netlog’s temperature-controlled warehouses that comply with strict hygiene standards. They undergo detailed quality control procedures where the physical condition, barcode accuracy and batch information of each product are verified systematically.

2

Inventory Management and Traceability

Through Netlog’s advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS), all product movements are tracked on a batch basis while stock levels are shared with Haribo in real time. This structure ensures operational transparency and a high level of accuracy.

3

Value-Added Services (VAS)

During campaign, promotion or special periods, products are re-packed, labeled, handled and palletized by Netlog teams. Co-pack operations are performed in dedicated areas designed to meet Haribo’s brand standards and quality requirements.

4

Pre-Shipment Preparation

According to the plans provided by Haribo, products are prepared for shipment and all necessary documentation processes are completed. Pre-shipment stages are managed carefully to ensure timely and error-free dispatch of goods.

5

Export Operations Support

Preparations for Haribo’s international shipments are carried out in the same warehouse. Palletizing, labeling and documentation processes are completed to ensure the products are ready for export in line with Haribo’s instructions.

As Haribo’s operations in Turkey continued to expand, the company required a strong, traceable and integrated warehousing infrastructure to manage increasing production volumes, product diversity and seasonal demand fluctuations. Haribo’s broad product range and commitment to high hygiene standards required operations to be meticulously planned and executed.

Haribo aimed to centralize the management of key processes including goods acceptance, quality control, inventory management and value-added services (VAS). During campaign and promotional periods, it was essential to ensure that repackaging, labeling and palletizing activities were carried out accurately, systematically and with full traceability.

In this context, Haribo was seeking a reliable logistics partner capable of providing uninterrupted service in warehousing and operational preparation processes, supported by advanced inventory management systems and strong operational flexibility.
